Every creation is carefully produced, checked and packaged before beginning its journey from our family to yours.

📦 Production & Processing Times

All orders require 2 working days for production and processing before dispatch.

As our products are carefully 3D printed and prepared by our family, we require this time to ensure every creation meets our quality standards.

Please note:

• All orders have a standard production and processing time of 2 working days.

• Processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times.

• Weekends and UK bank holidays are not included in the 2-working-day processing period.

• Selecting express delivery does not reduce production time.

• During exceptionally busy periods, we will notify customers if additional processing time is required.

We offer affordable, reliable UK shipping through Royal Mail, with standard and express delivery options.

FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS OF £25 OR MORE!

Standard Delivery – £2.99

All standard UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing a reliable tracked delivery service.

Orders of £25 or more qualify for FREE standard UK delivery.

Estimated total time: 4–5 working days, including our 2-working-day production period.

Express Delivery – £4.99

Need your order sooner? Upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.

Estimated total time: 3–4 working days, including our 2-working-day production period.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are not guaranteed next-day or two-day services. Delivery estimates are subject to Royal Mail's network and operational conditions.

We're delighted to offer international shipping so customers around the world can enjoy Xylos Creations!

All international orders also require 2 working days for production and processing before dispatch.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and local delivery services.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has completed production and has been dispatched, you'll receive shipping confirmation.

UK orders sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 include tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Tracking availability for international orders depends on the delivery service used.

🎁 Ordering for a Special Occasion?

Our handmade-style 3D printed creations make wonderful gifts for birthdays, Christmas and special occasions.

Please remember to allow for both our 2-working-day production period and the estimated delivery timeframe when placing your order.

We recommend ordering early during busy seasonal periods.

📍 Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to amend your details before dispatch.

📬 Missing, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

We take great care with every order, but occasionally delivery issues can occur.

If your parcel is missing, delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

For damaged items, photographs of the product and packaging can help us resolve the matter quickly.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
